Last updated November 2026

This policy explains how Tenn Capital ("we", "us") collects and uses information through https://selltotenn.com and the calls and texts that follow when you ask us to contact you.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your first name, mobile number, business name, industry, approximate revenue, preferred call time, and anything you tell us on a call.
  • Consent record: the consent wording you agreed to, the time you agreed, your IP address, browser type and the page you were on.
  • Call information: calls with our AI assistant may be recorded and transcribed, and we keep a summary of the conversation.
  • Usage information: basic technical data (IP address, browser, referring page, and advertising campaign tags such as UTM, gclid or fbclid).

How we use it

  • To call or text you about possibly selling your business, as you asked.
  • To evaluate whether your business might fit our acquisition criteria.
  • To keep records of your consent and our communications.
  • To measure and improve our advertising and this website.

Who we share it with

Your information is seen only by Nick Tenn and our acquisitions team. We use service providers to run this site and our calls, such as website hosting, telephone and SMS carriers, voice AI services and our CRM. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Texts and calls

If you agree, we may call and text you, including with an AI-generated voice and automated technology. Consent is not required to sell your business to us. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You can also ask us on any call to stop contacting you.

Confidentiality

We treat information about your business as confidential. Before you share detailed financials, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement with you.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and call records for as long as needed to evaluate a potential transaction and to keep our consent records, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We will never ask for bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords on a call.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
